Formulated at double strength, HAIRY PONY DOUBLE STRENGTH PURPLE SHAMPOO is an effective cleanser for cleaning & brightening white manes, tails & light coloured coats. The natural blend of Macadamia Oil & Vanilla fights germs, leaving hair soft, fresh & ultra bright.

Directions

Massage a small amount of the HAIRY PONY DOUBLE STRENGTH PURPLE SHAMPOO into wet coat, mane or tail, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

Is it suitable for all coat colours?

Yes, it’s safe and effective for all coat colours.

Do I need to use a conditioner afterwards?

No conditioner necessary! Our shampoo is nourishing enough on its own. However, for extra hydration, you can add our essential oil coat conditioner to your shampoo bucket or apply it directly with your wash bay brush.

How often can I wash my horse?

Thanks to our shampoo's gentle formula, you can wash your horse as often as needed.

Is it safe for other animals?

While it’s formulated for horses, the gentle pH-balanced ingredients are generally safe for most four-legged pets. However, we always recommend a patch test, as every animal can react differently.

Will it dry out my horse’s skin or strip the natural oil barrier?

No. Our gentle, sulfate-free formula helps maintain your horse’s natural skin oils. Sulfates, which are found in many other shampoos, can strip the coat and dry the skin (but we don’t use them in our products).

Yes. It’s made with natural ingredients, and the bottle is produced using rPET plastic (recycled PET), which helps reduce environmental impact.

Will it help with stains (e.g. manure or grass)?

The power of purple!

There is one thing our daughter and her mate won’t compromise on and that’s the Double Strength Purple Shampoo. We unfortunately ran out and luckily it came back into stock before we completely fizzled out before a big show. Their trainer suggested we get something else but they stand by this product. To them…. It’s a Life altering product. It’s what happens when your white horse becomes whiter than the walls and shines brightly in the shade.

The best product on the market

Recently purchased this product to add to my Hairy Pony Collection and after the first use I was blown away! Whiter than white socks and lifts all the dirt and debris form the paddock in no time. I won’t prep for a show without it again.
