SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SUSPENSION OF SHIPPING TO CANADA

We are sorry to let you know from 29 September 2025 postage to Canada are temporarily suspended.

This is due to the national union strike action commenced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers on 25 September 2025 (Canada Eastern Time). Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending items to Canada. 

International items that were sent to Canada before 29 September 2025 and that have already arrived in Canada will be held securely by Canada Post until postal services resume. We know this may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this time.

In the meantime, you can still shop your favourite Hairy Pony products in-person through our official Canadian retailers. A list of our official stockists can be found here.

All purchases are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

  • Within Australia

    All retail orders are sent out via Australia Post. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days unless notified. For Australian orders, we use eParcel with regular and express options and shipping is quoted on weight and address. Please allow 3-5 days regular post and 1-2 days express post. These timeframes are estimated only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services.

  • International Orders

    International orders are sent out via Australia Post. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days unless notified. For International orders we use eParcel with regular and express options and offer flat rate prices across the world. Please allow 10 - 14 business days regular post and 5 - 10 days express post. These timeframes are estimated only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services.

  • International Import Duties

    Hairy Pony ships from Melbourne, Australia. All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes and is not included in the price at the checkout. These fees are charged by your country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. Hairy Pony is not responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs website for more info.

  • Free Shipping Conditions*

    Free Australia Post standard shipping available on all orders over $250 AUD. Order value is taken at checkout after any discount is applied.

  • Join Hairy Pony VIP

    First time customer order code is only valid on a customers first order with HAIRY PONY. Customers must join as a Hairy Pony VIP to be eligible.

  • Pricing

    We aim to comply with all requirements of the Australian Consumer Law regarding pricing.


    Despite our best efforts, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Hairy Pony purchase, please let us know via email to hello@hairypony.com.au and we will be happy to discuss your concerns. We will be happy to provide a replacement, exchange or full refund. You may need your proof of purchase so please keep it handy if need be. We are confident you will love our products however if they don’t work for you we are happy to give you your money back!
