Directions
Use after washing on clean, towel-dried hair. Apply a small amount of Silky Serum to your horse’s mane & tail using your hands, then brush through. Do not rinse. For best results use a tail bag.

Do I use this on a dry or wet mane/tail?
Our Silky Serum is designed to be used on a damp tail after washing and conditioning. It helps lock in moisture, prevent breakage, and maintain healthy, hydrated hair.
How much do I use?
This serum is highly concentrated, meaning a pea-sized amount is enough for a full tail. Warm the serum by rubbing it between your hands, then run your fingers through the hair to distribute it evenly.
What is the difference between Silky Serum and Hair Repair?
Silky Serum is a silicone-free leave-in treatment that coats the hair shaft to lock in moisture and prevent breakage.
Our Hair Repair, on the other hand, is formulated to be absorbed directly into the hair follicle, where it works to swell the hair shaft, instantly creating the feeling of fuller, thicker strands. Any excess product is easily rinsed away, leaving no residue behind.
Can I use Silky Serum on white tails?
Definitely! Silky Serum is safe and effective for tails of any colour, including white.
Should I use Silky Serum on show day?
We don’t recommend Silky Serum for competition days. Instead, we suggest using our 2-in-1 Detangle and Shine Spray for that show-ready finish.
Silky Serum is best used as part of your regular tail care routine to maintain long-term health and shine.

My German Riding Pony has horrible issues with scaly dandruff on his tail bone. He is constantly rubbing his tail out! I have tried all types of products from fungus shampoos to oatmeal rinses to scratches meds as well as worming and allergy shots. Nothing I tried worked until I used the Silky Serum. I am not using it on the hair so much but I put it directly on the tailbone. So I wash his tail and let it dry. Then I go down his tail bone sectioning it off about every 2 inches and dab the serum on this tailbone and rub it in good. This keeps the tail bone from scabbing and eliminates the itching! I love this product! A real tail Saver!
