    Great Customer Service !!!!

    I had purchased a mane and tail brush. I had used it a couple of times and really liked it. It did exactly as Hairy Pony had said. I continued to use the brush and noticed some of the metal bristles had gone. I contacted Hairy Pony and explained my concern, and enquired if I had to send my brush back. Without hesitation and without sending my brush back, a new brush was on its way to me. Hairy Pony asked if I could send a photo so they could enlighten their manufacturer. It is very rare to have online purchases dealt with such efficiency, and "The Customer is Always Right" motto of successful Customer Service. Thank you

    The Best Mane and Tail Brush!
