This is the best brush I have ever owned! Instead of taking ten minutes to brush through my pony’s mane and tail, it takes about two minutes! And I love the wooden body of the brush and the metal bristles! Thank you ever so much Hairy Pony!

I had purchased a mane and tail brush. I had used it a couple of times and really liked it. It did exactly as Hairy Pony had said. I continued to use the brush and noticed some of the metal bristles had gone. I contacted Hairy Pony and explained my concern, and enquired if I had to send my brush back. Without hesitation and without sending my brush back, a new brush was on its way to me. Hairy Pony asked if I could send a photo so they could enlighten their manufacturer. It is very rare to have online purchases dealt with such efficiency, and "The Customer is Always Right" motto of successful Customer Service. Thank you

I absolutely love the Mane and Tail brush. I’m super picky and careful about my horses manes and tails. This is the only mane and tail brush I will use.

Im really happy with the service from Hairy Pony! I had an issue with the top of my mane brush popping out/broken, so I contacted the team, and they replaced it without any hassle. I have the entire brush kit, and I absolutely love them all. The quality is fantastic, and the customer service is top-notch. This is the BEST brush to use on my horses mane and tail! So easy to handle the brush and I don’t feel like I’m pulling any hair out of his tail.
I’m based in the UK and have a PRE with a mane that is long and still showing signs of rough treatment (before I bought him) on the ends as it comes down to the point of his shoulder. I read about this brush on a Facebook post and hunted it down and though initially worried about ordering something from the other side of the world, I bought one together with some coat conditioner and I have never looked back! It glides through his mane and tail gently but effectively and when coupled with the 2 in one Tangle and Shine spray he no longer looks like Hagrid from the Harry Potter films :-)
I have since bought these for my other four horses and sing their praises to all who will listen. Thank you Hairy Pony.
