Dispatch Time
All retail orders are sent out via Australia Post from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days unless notified — this may be longer during peak periods.
Personal engraving and printing will add an additional 5-10 days to the order processing time.
Import duties & taxes
All international packages may be subject to import duties & taxes. This fee is not included in the price at the checkout as they are charged by your country of import. We have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order and are not responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs website for more info.
