Refund & Returns Policy
We are confident you will love your Hairy Pony products, however if they don’t work for you we are happy to give you your money back! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Hairy Pony purchase we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, exchange or full refund. You may need your proof of purchase, so please keep it handy just in case.
Shipping Details
All order are shipped from our warehourse Melbourne, VIC, Australia. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days unless notified.
COVID-19 Order Processing Time
Due to COVID-19 warehouse safety precautions, please allow up to five (5) extra business days for shipping. This is something we cannot control and we ask that customers are patient with receiving their order. We are processing all orders within the usual timeframe and you will receive a tracking link for your package as soon as your order as been dispatched.
Orders Shipping Within Australia
All retail orders are sent out via Australia Post. For Australian orders, we use eParcel with regular and express options and shipping is quoted on weight and address. Please allow 3-5 days regular post and 1-2 days express post.
Order Shipping Internationally
International orders are sent out via Australia Post. For International orders we use eParcel with regular and express options and offer flat rate prices across the world. Please allow 10 -14 business days regular post and 5-10 days express post.
International Import Duties
Hairy Pony ships from Melbourne, VIC, Australia. All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes and is not included in the price at the checkout. These fees are charged by your country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order.
Hairy Pony is not responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs website for more info.
