I purchased two brushes with personalization and they are beautiful. Prior to sending them to me, I got an email that one of them didn't quite meet HP's standards so they had a new one made and sent me all of them, so now I have three! I really appreciate they made the effort to let me know and am thrilled with my brushes, now no one in my barn can pinch them.
