All purchases are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 2 business days unless notified.
For Orders Shipping Within Australia:
All retail orders are sent out via Australia Post. For Australian orders, we use eParcel with regular and express options and shipping is quoted on weight and address. Please allow 3-5 days regular post and 1-2 days express post.
For Orders Shipping Internationally:
International orders are sent out via Australia Post. For International orders we use eParcel with regular and express options and offer flat rate prices across the world. Please allow 10 -14 business days regular post and 5-10 days express post.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia is calculated on weight of products ordered & delivery address. International orders incur a flat rate shipping fee. You can see the exact shipping costs & options for your order during the checkout process.
I am an International Stockist (located outside of Australia).
Will I be subject to Import Duties & Taxes?
All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes and is not included in the price at the checkout. These fees are charged by your country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. Hairy Pony is not responsible for these charges.
